The food was exceptionally good and the service was even better. From the outside it looks like just another restaurant nothing fancy or unusual but the food is really really good. There wasn't a single item that we didn't like or I would say that it could be done better so that means a lot because too many times I go to a restaurant and the dish is not in the same level with all its parts. Hear everything was tasty and delicious.
Highly recommend Zula for quiet dinner out or large groups. I worked with the manager Ilanit for a birthday dinner and she was warm, generous, and accommodating. The food is always delicious and fresh and there was more than enough to go around for our price fixe menu for a party of 12.
Zula in Englewood is the kind of restaurant that reminds you how special dining out can still be when every single detail is done right. The moment you walk in, there is an immediate feeling of warmth, energy, and authenticity. The atmosphere somehow manages to feel both trendy and comfortable at the same time, like a high-end Tel Aviv restaurant brought directly into Bergen County.
