Slow from grill to table and pricey which was unwarranted for breakfast orders that don't knock your socks off. Quaint, clean, waitress was nice.

Wife and I went for lunch. The place is nice and looks clean. They were a little busy when we walked in but that's to be expected on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated and waited until we were able to order. We ordered our food and it showed up about 45 minutes later. My wife's food was cold and my order was wrong. I had it sent back and about 10 minutes later the right order came out however it was missing the side I ordered with it. I didnt mention it to the owner as I didn't want to give her any more reason to throw the chef under the bus. I had overhead one of the owners dealing with a customer complaint where she proceeded to throw the chef under the bus as he was having some trouble in the kitchen. All in all, the food was ok. Nothing amazing. I don't believe we will be coming back. At least the staff was nice!

This unique restaurant is situated in a small suburban town where people know each other. The service was friendly and food hot and fresh. There were some unique menu items that just work together like Fruity Pebbles on pancakes. The coffee was delicious. The meat and eggs were fresh. No doubt we will be back again for this hometown experience.

Went there for breakfast would have a Western omelet was so small that was not a 3 egg omelette. instead of toast we got a buttered bowl was charged a 1.50 extra for the buttered roll because it wasn't toast the explanation that I received was well burttered role is more than bread . will never go back there again .22.00 for breakfast that was so small.

Took my mom today, our first visit, for a Sunday afternoon lunch. Excellent all around. Warmly greeted at the door, attentive wait staff, and great food! Feels like you are really in someone's kitchen. Mom had the special - cup of soul (lentil) and 1/2 sandwich (egg salad). I tasted the soup, it was delicious and hearty and the egg salad was plentiful. I did a traditional breakfast with eggs cooked perfectly over easy, tasty sausage. Now that we found the place we are definitely going back.

Wonderful breakfast. Eggs over medium, lots of crisp bacon, great home fries and a toasted bagel. All made perfectly!
