I went during the very busy hours of the morning, and it was clearly stressful for the workers. Regardless of the circumstances, the girl at the front counter was so kind and welcoming. She got my coffee out very quickly
I asked for my snack and beacon to be heated dark almost around the edges so that it would be crispy. I waited at the drive-thru window for 3 minutes before someone greeted me. I thought maybe they were cooking the bacon as I had asked. When I got it it was still light in color and the texture was soft and flimsy like ham.

Their customer service is great. I have a Dunkin near me where I live and I stopped going there because I disliked the service. I started going to this one and they remember my name my order and everything! I accidentally ordered something a bit too early and it was sitting for awhile and they remade it for me and everything even when I was the person that placed the order for the wrong time!
