“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.“
