“I had a hankering for a Philly Soft Pretzel right after I saw their store. I made a u-turn and stopped to visit. They had just put out some mini-pretzels that were still warm! Never knew such a thing existed, just the right size to curb the craving eithout spoiling lunch. Price was good, and the cashier was quite pleasent. Done deal, now I'm a fan!“

“I've been coming to this business for years with my family. My wife and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff more then just "hello and goodbye'. I can tell you all day long how they've made my grandchildren's birthdays special. Now, I'm not a facebook guy. I made this account, not only because my wife didn't want to get involved, but because I wasn't going to let some piece of trash on here bash this company and their great staff. These are great people and a lot of us customers know that. So I just wanted to write a post and let Jason, Erika, Alex, Dawn, Alex, Scott, and Pat know how much I appreciate their service and not to let these trolls on here get to them. Keep it up guys and ignore the haters!“

“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“I grew up in Mt. Ephraim and come back once a year to visit family and eat cheesesteaks, pizza, hoagies, pretzels, Pretzels, and PRETZELS 🥨❤️🥨.
This place is amazing. You can tell how great it is by the amount of customers they have.

“I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn't right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. “I just wanted to say I loveeee Auntie Ann’s so much like honestly y’all should sponsor me but, never the less I digress. I ordered a large pretzel with a regular lemonade which made my total to be around 8:30 but than the pretty girl at the cash register suggested I get honey mustard and try it with my pretzel. I’m glad I did it was delicious. The girls working there were really nice and very helpful!“
