“Everything from this bakery is phenomenal! My husband wanted to order an “authentic” tres leches cake, and I’m so glad we discovered Bakery Bethlehem, because the tres leches cake with dulce de leche filling was honestly the best cake we’ve ever had (not to mention, beautifully decorated and affordable)! Our party guests were all raving about how amazing it was. And all the pastries and breads we tried were fantastic and far better than any other bakery we’ve had.“
“I was beyond disappointed with my son's graduation cake. The frosting was so thin you could see the cake through it, the fondant was bleeding color and you could see the edges of it, everything was messy, the numbers were falling off. I can not believe that the same person made this cake as those in the pictures on the website. It looked terrible and it didnt taste great either. I can't believe I actually paid for this cake.“

“I placed a last-minute birthday order with Ewing Cake for a yellow cake with chocolate mousse, and it turned out absolutely perfect! The cake was delicious, not too sweet and all my guests loved it. Best of all, it was made exactly how my daughter requested. Highly recommend for both taste and service!“
