“I made an online order for a 10” Snickerdoodle cake for my Grandmother's birthday. It was for pick up. When I got there, it was quick and easy, they are very friendly and the place is clean and well kept. The cake we got; we enjoyed yesterday. This was my first time purchasing a cake from this company and I can safely say it wasn’t a disappointment! Everyone who ate it had the same things to say, it was delicious and moist. “My husband just left there with a very bad experience, I have been visiting this place for more than a year because I love it and I love it, but the customer service in the last few days, especially today, was horrible, apparently the girl has not Had a good day but the client is not to blame. She treated him very badly and made him feel like he was bothering her. In fact, the store was empty, so you could take your time serving this customer and nothing would happen. I have been working in customer service for more than 8 years and I know that we are always in good spirits but we had a very bad experience today from a place that I love!“
“I have been getting my cakes here for the last 3 years, 3 weeks ago my kids had the flu and I had to cancel my 9 year olds’ birthday party and cancel his cake order a day before the party. I understand the cancellation policy and understand that I won’t be refunded for the late cancellation.On a wimp I messaged them at 10pm on December 30th, the night before his postponed party date hoping they may have a Roblox cake available. They said they didn’t. And then messaged me in the morning telling me they had an extra cake in the freezer that matched our previously ordered flavor and they would try to make the cake before the party as they were busy that morning and were making no promises. Not only did they go out of their way to try when they had no obligation to but they decorated his cake exactly how we ordered it and had it ready for us.This type of service is unheard of. The owner even messaged me later that day and apologized for not greeting my son and I when we picked it up. Unheard of. I’m amazed by their humanity and incredibly grateful for them. Thank you so much for adding some magic to our holiday season. I was still going to hire them for future celebrations after learning about the cancellation policy because I understand business and they’ve always been amazing and this just solidified my stance and I will tell everyone where to buy cakes and treats. Oh and their cakes taste amazing. They have a customer for life.“

“I'm giving a good review, but this is also a bad review. This morning me and a friend went to get a couple donuts for a coffee and road trip. Now the donuts bread everything they bake there is wonderfully delicious. The place could actually use a nice makeover and the service is generally really good although today there was a where am I going to rather large woman, grazing behind the counter and she was in beast mode. She was very rude. I don't know if she's having a problem right now, but boy is she letting every customer in front of me have it And the buddy who I was with said that I have a napkin and pretty much before he even finish she said NO! I looked at him and kind of chuckled, but he didn't think it was very funny.“
“This place is fantastic. Bought donuts the one weekend and they were dry like they were day olds. The cake we ordered for Easter was definitely a bit over baked. The edges were actually crunchy. Frosting was good. And they say they are going to call you back about an issue and don’t. Plus some of the staff could use some people skills. If this is the kind of place you want to deal with? All I can say it’s not like it use to be. Staff? Please don’t try to dance your way out of this. Best thing to do is fix your problems. You should actually be ashamed to sell a cake like that and smile as you present it to the customer.“
“My wonderful husband surprised me with a customized sprinkle baby cake. He knows I LOVE playing pickleball even at 34 weeks pregnant. I especially loved my cake because it showcased the pickleball paddle I play with! ? My vanilla and raspberry baby Pickleball cake was so beautiful, moist, and very delicious. Even after a few days in the fridge, the cake stayed moist and yummy! The details and lettering on the cake were gorgeous! I received so many compliments on the look and taste.
