Love the coffee but their snackin bacon been served to me cold. Not the first time it has happen. I love bacon but not cold bacon that has a taste like it's old. Paid for two snackin bacon and a coffee just to end up with coffee because the bacon was cold and tasted really really old. If the bacon really pork then they should know not to serve old cold PORK.

I’ve only been to this location a few times but each time I come, I find additional reasons to go somewhere else. This is the closes coffee shop to my home and it’s always the most inconsistent location. The WiFi is turned off which isn’t helpful if you’re trying to do school work. The lobby isn’t kept clean and there is limited seating for such a large location. The customer service is lacking. I ordered an iced latte today & watched the worker pour my espresso...

Service is great, but I stop going in the morning because of all the rats running around the dumpster. It's really disgusting to see this. Update....Since remodeling there are no more rats...I have started back going...
