I have only used the kiosk for ordering so I cannot speak for the reliability of ordering by mouth. Some employees do have heavy accents that I struggle with (that's my auditory processing issues, not their fault) so I do appreciate being able to customize my order on the kiosk, and they have filled it correctly every time.

I would suggest anyone struggling with getting their order correct simply use the kiosk, or, if you are going to the drive thru, order...

Came here for a no frills breakfast experience. Was a bit put off by a lot of the reviews but wanted to try it anyway since this place had recently been renovated. It’s nice, clean, well lit and open inside. We didn’t wait long to order, got our food quickly (two egg sandwiches), and both sandwiches tasted exactly like what a Dunkin breakfast sandwich should. Would visit again.

This is my favorite dunkin in the area. They always make my drink the same. Everyone is kind and very quick even with large lines. I drive out of my way to stop here because
