Super clean and several servers prep your order. Very fast!!
I have only used the kiosk for ordering so I cannot speak for the reliability of ordering by mouth. Some employees do have heavy accents that I struggle with (that's my auditory processing issues, not their fault) so I do appreciate being able to customize my order on the kiosk, and they have filled it correctly every time.
I would suggest anyone struggling with getting their order correct simply use the kiosk, or, if you are going to the drive thru, order ahead online.

Came here for a no frills breakfast experience. Was a bit put off by a lot of the reviews but wanted to try it anyway since this place had recently been renovated. It’s nice, clean, well lit and open inside. We didn’t wait long to order, got our food quickly (two egg sandwiches), and both sandwiches tasted exactly like what a Dunkin breakfast sandwich should. Would visit again.
