Share your opinion about Dunkin'
On my last couple recent visit expecting a smooth experience, but was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic customer needs. Condiments like sugar, salt, pepper, and napkins weren’t provided unless I asked—twice. These essentials should be readily available or automatically included with orders, especially for takeout.

I wanted to like them since they're so convenient, but they almost never get an online order right. If an add-on that costs extra $ is unavailable, they just don't add it but also don't refund you. Quick service though, but I guess that'll happen when you're skipping steps. If you work at njdot, just buy from the caf, go to the nearby Dunks, or the Wawa down the road :(
