“It's a good place. But at the same time it gives a feeling of fear. Since too many people enter just to wait for the bus inside, and they are left looking at the clientele from head to toe, that is what I am referring to the feeling of fear that this conveys. And this is in the Downtown of the city and we have to feel this way? When it should be the opposite. But what the authorities do is take care of Banks, Liquor Stores, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Bars and you enter. As if these companies were the residents of the city and not us. And what the authorities are also useful for is giving tickts“
“Going in the Dunkin' Donuts is very nice and clean. The cashier's at the front can be kind of ghetto at times but the cook in the kitchen is always nice and always makes my food hot and she cuts it in half for me. Which I appreciate since a lot of the times I'm on the run thank you girl in the kitchen!“
“Anybody that knows me knows that Duncan is my favorite place to go I love the way they make my coffee sometimes they don't make it right but most of all they make it right I get a medium ice coffee with oat milk pecan whipped cream and cinnamon sugar delicious“
“It’s pretty good to be honest. I actually live near Dunkin’ Donuts, so I go there a lot. This location makes a lot of mistakes. And mixed up a lot of orders. One time I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant but instead of the croissant they put bagel. The drinks are pretty okay. And the food I guess is pretty okay too. For the donuts, one time I came to this location and when I just finished ordering I saw many flies and mosquitoes around the donuts, pretty nasty. And yeah that’s all.“
“The Department of Transportation office building had a Dunkin' Donuts on the first floor. It was a small space, with a few tables and chairs for customers to sit and drink their coffee. The walls were painted a plain white, and the fluorescent lights overhead were bright and harsh. The smell of coffee and donuts hung in the air.Every morning, the employees of the DOT would file into the small shop to grab their coffee and breakfast. They were a stoic bunch, with tired eyes and serious expressions. They spoke in hushed tones, as if afraid to break the silence that surrounded them. The employees would shuffle to the counter, where a tired-looking woman would take their orders. She had a no-nonsense attitude, and her movements were efficient and quick. She didn't waste words, and the customers didn't waste time. The coffee was strong and bitter, and the donuts were sweet and soft. They were simple pleasures, but they provided a moment of respite from the monotony of the workday. The employees would sit at the tables, sipping their coffee and nibbling on their donuts, lost in their own thoughts. The Dunkin' Donuts in the Department of Transportation office building was not a place of excitement or glamour. It was a functional space, designed to provide sustenance and caffeine to the hardworking employees. But for those who frequented it, it was a small oasis in the midst of the daily grind.“
“In response to the reviewer, Ainur Zhanibek. I know exactly who you're talking about at this location. Although she is not the manager, this young lady contributes a lot with the flow of the store to try and make it as efficient as possible. If she yelled, I can guarantee you that it's not her screaming at the other employees and more than likely she just had to get loud in order for an employee in the back to hear her to come up front and assist while she's still doing her job instead of pausing everything to go in the back to grab said employee. I have witnessed the amazing relationship between the co-workers and the way they joke with each other. No need to feel bad for any of their employees because if you frequent this establishment, you'd see what a sweetheart she is and how the staff there is like family to each other. She also has great relationships with her customers, myself included. The way she speaks with each individual customer is based on how well they know each other and each customers personality. Like a customized relationship, if you will. You shouldn't base your review on what you THINK you know rather than facts.“
“Liked it cuz I get the best espresso but it seems they need two registers... employees are looking drained and I had a draining experience even though I was happily chatting with my health COACHING ideas too a diabetic ordering 6 aspartame s and skim milk with his tea...a big no no he needs the cream the fat will keep his pancreas stable..“
“We had these donuts for a donut tasting contest and only had the glazed and cream filled and the cream won 1st place and the glazed won 2nd up against some big named bakeries and donut shops in the area and around NE Philadelphia. We came on this day to grab some donuts before we headed to Jersey to do something else, and ended up getting some different types of donuts including Boston Cream. The donuts were so fresh and tasty. I love a Boston Cream donut and This one did not disappoint. The custard in the middle of the donut tasted so good and I was surprised as how filled it was which is always a plus. I would've rated it 5 stars but the lady working wasn't very nice and had a bad attitude. Plus they only had a few types of donuts to choose from which was strange.“
“Well to start off with this review I would like to say that this place is one of my favorite places to purchase my coffee because the employees are always so welcoming and the atmosphere is always up and they provide service very accurately. I fully recommend this place if your around town visiting family and friends.“
