And for those complaining about the prices, go to the grocery store and look at those prices. Mary's has kept it reasonable. When the prices they pay go up, the prices you pay go up. They need to survive. I will be a lifelong customer of this place. Mary's never fails to impress.“

“I love this Dunkin and pass by most Saturdays as my toddler’s occupational therapist is 3 minutes away. They move the drive thru line very quickly with a smile, and they never mess up. My toddler’s glazed munchkins are always fresh and this is the only place I’ll occasionally get wake up wraps bc their food doesn’t taste like plastic. They’re cleaning their machines well, which isn’t something I can say for other locations. And, who doesn’t like getting greeted by a screen!“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! “Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

“I have been coming to this dunkin for over two years now. Overall, the staff is pretty friendly with the exception of a couple experiences I’ve had. I will say that they need to be more careful with handling money/cards. I’ve had at least 3-4 experiences where I get either the wrong change back, no change, or they didn’t give me my card back, making it so I have to go back.“

“Stopped by this Dunkin' location recently and overall had a good experience. The coffee was piping hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed to get moving.
Ordering was super easy and fast—I used the self-service kiosk near the counter, so I didn't actually need to interact with any staff members. Everything was smooth and seamless on the tech side.
My only constructive feedback would be on the cleanliness—the dining/lobby area could definitely use a thorough deep cleaning to freshen things up. That being said, for a quick kiosk order and great fresh coffee, I still recommend this location!“

“I had to change my order after I received it due to it being made incorrectly. They fixed the problem with a slight hesitation. I did meet a friend and sit and talk at the over stuffed chairs area. The table should have been wiped and it wasn't, so I cleaned it before sitting and chatting with a friend. If it wasn't raining I would have visited with my friend in the parking lot.“
