“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“i’m not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences I’ve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

“Prices are better than other Dunkin’s in the area. Never have had an issue with my order. The drive thru moves pretty fast when it’s busy but the gas station traffic with dunkin can get chaotic. Other than that, I prefer this dunkin over the one by the high school due to the prices.“

“Stopped by this Dunkin' location recently and overall had a good experience. The coffee was piping hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed to get moving.
Ordering was super easy and fast—I used the self-service kiosk near the counter, so I didn't actually need to interact with any staff members. Everything was smooth and seamless on the tech side.
My only constructive feedback would be on the cleanliness—the dining/lobby area could definitely use a thorough deep cleaning to freshen things up. That being said, for a quick kiosk order and great fresh coffee, I still recommend this location!“

“I had to change my order after I received it due to it being made incorrectly. They fixed the problem with a slight hesitation. I did meet a friend and sit and talk at the over stuffed chairs area. The table should have been wiped and it wasn't, so I cleaned it before sitting and chatting with a friend. If it wasn't raining I would have visited with my friend in the parking lot.“
