“There’s a new location in the Prickett Preserve shopping center in Yardley! If you haven’t visited a Duck location before, it’s a pretty neat experience. Either pick some flavors from their menu or whip up a few of your own. Watch them fry the donuts fresh, then assemble right in front of you! It’s a fun experience that is both adult and kid-friendly.

We ordered a bunch of holiday flavors + an iced peppermint mocha. While I love a specialty donut here and there, the chocolate iced will always have my heart.

“I came across Palo de Azucar while I was in Trenton on business. I was looking for a spot where they sold not only quality coffee, but tasty brunch as well. If you're interested or already enjoy Spanish food, this is the place! The quality of coffee did not disappoint, but what stood out most of all was the food. I ordered a Dirty Chai Latte with Oat Milk and a California burger, simply delicious (ask for it cooked at a lower temperature if you like medium!) My mother ordered from the International Treats, and this is by far what took the spotlight for us. We had the Beef Colombian Empanadas and were beyond impressed, from the freshness of the food all the way to each and every flavor of the well-seasoned beef. The empanadas are crunchy/crispy on the outside, and every ingredient on the inside is hot flavorful. The Alcapurrias were a show stopper as well, the outside being fried Yucca and the inside beef. The service was quick, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the prices were comfortable and fair. 50% of the time my black and white mocha latte is made wrong. i hate to be that guy but I have started to ask them to remake it because it’s 6
bucks and they go and make it wrong again. It’s only when certain barista‘s are on but it is many of them. It’s been going on for a couple of months now.
I even ask them now, are there 4 shots of mocha and 4 shots of white mocha in this? They say yep! I sip it, and it’s terrible. I know it’s gonna be bad if I don’t see one of the 3 people working that make it good. I don’t know if it’s bad half or quarter pumps or if someone made the mocha sauce wrong to begin with.
Today I finally called regional to try and spark a retrain for them. I go here every single day and 1 out of 2 lattes are bad. I love this location because of the charm on state street but you guys have to fix this. Can’t keep paying up for premium coffee and getting a terrible drink.

I will update this review if it gets fixed.

UPDATE: seems like it’s been fixed. We’re 4 for 4 so far. 👍🏻 I’ll give an additional star for each righr drink from here on out.

I enjoyed a lovely chat with Manager Bri, who was super helpful and personable. The menu was much more exciting than a typical coffee shop & offered great breakfast, brunch and lunch food and drink options.

Loved the fun decor, expansive community bulletin board, support for local artists and craftsman, and info on local nature walks and attractions.

I’ll surely be back every Saturday while I’m on Mommy-Uber duty in the Montgomery/Hopewell area! Look forward to trying their famous frittatas next time.

“First of all, without even mentioning the delicious baked goods, Justin & his wife Aastha are so sweet & amazing. Every conversation I’ve had with them could go on forever. Aastha is always so willing to chat & Justin is always down to discuss my current home baking projects.

I’ve been going once every week or every other week for over a year now & felt the need to finally write a review (I don’t review much on here!). Today, I walked into the shop looking for my coveted Almond Croissant (amazing) and there were none to be had—Justin hadn’t made them today because the plain & chocolate were selling well enough to not make any. This man, so wonderful, offered to make me an Almond Croissant. I felt bad, but he insisted & I came back in an hour & an half and he had it waiting for me. Now, THAT is truly caring about your customers. It was just what I needed after a rough week.

Some of my favorite baked goods from the Bakeshop are (obviously) the Almond Croissant, the Country Loaf & Personal Loaf (same dough, different sizes), the Chocolate Chip Cookie (my boyfriend’s favorite) & the Cheddar & Chive Danish.
Notable mention: I tried the Pesto (homemade with walnuts) & Parmesan Babka today for the first time & oh my gosh, so good. Savory with a subtle hint of sweet. I’ve never had a savory babka & I’d been eyeing it up the past few weeks and boy am I glad I made the purchase.

The vibe inside is cozy & rustic. Warmth radiates from the oven(s) & also the decor. Books for children, window seats to people watch, and a big booth to house a small group of people.

All in all, come for the pastries & keep coming back for the customer service.“

“Caramel iced lattes are usually my go-to. Theirs are good and I even tried one of their protein drinks with caramel, which did not disappoint either. My favorite thing is the atmosphere. I appreciate the seating variety — tables and chairs for 2-4 to eat, couches to lounge, high chairs with a window view for solo remote laptop work, or outdoor seating on the back patio for fresh air. Sometimes the music is good and sometimes they have movies playing on the tv. I’ve also seen a well-behaved pup pup, indoors. It’s a chill environment to get work done, the service is good, and there’s plenty of parking but often busy/full.“

“Coffee bar located inside the Ferry Market in downtown New Hope. I found the coffee good, and they have a small selection of muffins, croissants, cookies, biscotti, and some premade breakfast sandwiches. They also sell the whole coffee beans and tea.

There is some indoor and outdoor seating. I had no issue bringing my dog in with me to order and then sitting outside. I came back several times during my stay in the area.“
