“I love this place, however, yesterday I bought one of my favorite pastries at the store the Kouign Maman. The pastry was hard, I did not even realized how hard it was until I got to my destination. I got one for me and my sister and I was embarrassed on how hard they were. Not sure if they were overcooked or was old and they overheated to sell. Just be careful when you buy this pastry, make sure is fresh. So disappointed because it is my favorite :(“

“I get a bagel with cream cheese here almost every morning. Some days I go for breakfast AND lunch. The bagels here are perfect, the people are very nice, the service is excellent and the coffee is good. Today I got a sandwich (on a bagel, of course). SOOO delicious. I personally recommend the everything, cinnamon sugar, and Cranberry bagels. Also? Go get a chocolate chip pumpkin cookie while they still have them. ::drool::“

Throughout my travels, I have never felt compelled to share my thoughts on any of my normally eventless excursions. This time however, something touched me like never before. I walked in and instantly, I was transcended to another realm. My mind suddenly cleared as I was welcomed warmly, the atmosphere calming and the service was superb. I enjoyed a lovely chat with Manager Bri, who was super helpful and personable. The menu was much more exciting than a typical coffee shop & offered great breakfast, brunch and lunch food and drink options.

Loved the fun decor, expansive community bulletin board, support for local artists and craftsman, and info on local nature walks and attractions.

I’ll surely be back every Saturday while I’m on Mommy-Uber duty in the Montgomery/Hopewell area! Look forward to trying their famous frittatas next time.

“Caramel iced lattes are usually my go-to. Theirs are good and I even tried one of their protein drinks with caramel, which did not disappoint either. My favorite thing is the atmosphere. I appreciate the seating variety — tables and chairs for 2-4 to eat, couches to lounge, high chairs with a window view for solo remote laptop work, or outdoor seating on the back patio for fresh air. Sometimes the music is good and sometimes they have movies playing on the tv. I’ve also seen a well-behaved pup pup, indoors. It’s a chill environment to get work done, the service is good, and there’s plenty of parking but often busy/full.“

“Love it. The inside feels so fresh so clean, with a giant display case of some fine and divine looking pastries. Seems like they specialize in eclairs.

We ordered ourselves a creme brulee (caramelized on demand by the friendly staff) and an Opera for takeout. Tasty and perfectly sized without being too overbearing or sweet.

My Opera was beautiful. Speckled with gold dust, delicate layers of chocolate, mousse and nutty pastes. So much flavor in each soft spoonful. Exactly what I needed for a birthday treat for myself!“

“What a truly wonderful experience it was coming here. This nice young lady that works there was very polite. There was a bit of traffic building up in there behind me, but she was very patient with me as I surely took quite a while to order a few things for my family members. Everything was clean, and freshly organized. She even made sure to reassure me that the utensils were all cleaned properly because I tend to get a bit skeptical due to the possibility of cross contamination. The ice cream quality was great! Much better than most other places in this area. I never asked for that young lady’s name but she wore a lot of bracelets, and had black nails just like my daughter, which I complemented! I will be back in here for sure!

But seriously the Peruvian salad was so good, such amazing dressing and fresh lettuce, and likewise the salmon entrée was so good. Flavors on everything were sensational. Hard to believe this was at a takeout counter type of place.Amazingly healthy and even good dessert if you wanted to indulge afterwards.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette! We bought to go boxes of coffee for the staff at a local school. Eli and Sarah were so helpful preparing my order. Eli even helped me bring the coffee to my car. My kids and I went back later that day to grab some treats and everything was delicious. They even gave my kids a free hot chocolate! I was blown away by the kindness of the staff and the place was so clean and nice! Highly recommend!“

“It's a coffee shop inside Whole Foods. Never seems too busy not that they moved it to a corner in the bakery section. Lots of options. You either have to leave with your drink or carry it around with your while you shop.

“Beautiful place to visit and walk around. The grounds are open to the public, although you should be respectful of the fact this is a residential college (grad dorms). Dining hall is probably the most beautiful on campus with its fantastic stained glass. A smaller stained glass window in memory of geaduate students who died in WW1 can also be found just outside the dining hall. As a place to live it can be sociable and attractive, but the rooms are somewhat spartan and lack air conditioning. It gets very hot and humid during the summer. Other options are more comfortable, but living here has a very special charm.“
