“I went into the drive thru on saturday at around 9:30 with questions about the menu, I was unsure what to get because the menu is constantly changing. I had a bad experience here with an older white lady who worked at the window. This time a young lady was taking my order and cashed me at the window and she was extremely kind and i wanted whipped cream but did not know it was extra and she said “don’t worry about it” The new employees are extremely nice especially this young lady i believe her name is Ella. “This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“Prices are better than other Dunkin’s in the area. Never have had an issue with my order. The drive thru moves pretty fast when it’s busy but the gas station traffic with dunkin can get chaotic. Other than that, I prefer this dunkin over the one by the high school due to the prices.“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. You WILL be found out, sooner or later. But in the meantime, I hope you feel good about stealing from a kid.
