Meh. BLAND. The Pasta & Peas was not what I was expecting. It was in a generic, soupy tomato sauce instead of the white oil & butter sauce with cheese that is typical in all of the recipes for this dish on the internet, if you look at Google photos. And there was NO CHEESE. I feel cheated. It has the WRONG sauce, there's no cheese, and it's very bland and meh. Granted, it was only $12, but it was not worth that, and I would rather spend more to get something...
First of all ignore the comments about the location and the hotel. The Restaurant is ran flawlessly and the hotel has really cleaned up since I've been here last. The food is completely authentic and I usually order up to my room because the place is buzzing at night. Never had to wait long and this place is my go to when we stay in the area for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Also prices are incredible for the quality of meal you get. I would give it 6 stars if it let me.
Old school Italian with good food. Casual with no liquor license. We ate pizza, tripe, salmon and eggplant parm. All very good with the exception of the eggplant. It was bready and heavy. We liked all the other dishes and will come back.
