On Friday, 5/12 there were three staff members working. One of them was working diligently, not only helping us but also working on DoorDash orders, while the other two staff members were talking about their pay checks and not helping customers (even though they were asked to by the person juggling everything by herself). When i was at cold stone on a hot Saturday night they had only two girls working who looked very overwhelmed and had customers get very angry at them. As a young women who works in food service I related to the experience and I thought they handled it beautifully and were respectful to people who were rude and got everyone’s order in and correct at the same time even though I was in a large group.
