I won't give just one star because the employee at the drive thru was very friendly.But... My coffee tasted burnt and the other part of my order was not correct (which of course I realized after I left). Seems weird for a Starbucks to be bad but there's a huge difference between this one on 31 and the other one in Flemington by PNC.
Location seems to always be busy but the staff is friendly and kind. They've never made a mistake with my food & drink AND it's always timely. Only thing I DON'T like is that the tables and chairs could be wiped down more often. Been here a couple times and it's always a little sticky & crumby. I understand that they're busy but that needs lovin' too.

I've been seeing a lot of reviews about the trouble this starbucks is having. To my knowledge when I was having issues with an online pick up order, they informed me that they are understaffed. I think that explains a good amount of the reasonings why they may be slower with timing. Overall, the staff is very friendly and will often accommodate any issues I've presented to them in the past.
