What a treat. Thee Ice Cream Parlor has tons of options for ice cream flavors and sundaes, but the winner? The only food they sell being their hotdog meal special. It’s two hotdogs with your choice of toppings, a bag of chips, and a drink. Best part? All of that is $9.50. Incredible.
