I put in a Google search for excellent breakfasts, and Theresa's Cafe came up. Boy, the reviews were right!We were seated quickly & invited to grab our own coffee at the coffee station. The coffee was on point.My wife had the corned beef & Swiss omelet (because after all, it was St Patrick's Day). I got a jump on Cinco de Mayo & had the best juevos rancheros that I've ever had!From the outside it looks like a little luncheonette, but with all the pics & signs on the inside walls, it looks like you're visiting family or friends.Speaking of that....we were from out of town, but most of the others there were locals, and they all said good morning to my wife & me.I need a good excuse to travel back this way so I have an excuse to stop.in here again.

Lived near Flemington for so many years and somehow never tried this little cafe/dinner/breakfast nook? Criminal. I stopped in for breakfast and was greeted by the friendliest faces. It's seat yourself and if it's a chilly day, my personal rec is right underneath the portable heater. The great: Omelette was delish. Home fries were extra crispy just like I asked. Coffee was hot and strong and tasty. Did I mention how lovely everyone working was? Not one person without a smile. Other things to note: You'll wait a while. It wasn't very busy at all but we waited quite a while for two breakfast plates. If you are starving, try another time. If you can handle the wait, definitely pay them a visit. They also have a big lunch menu. Everything looked great so maybe I'll stop in to try a sandwich soon. They have a parking lot! Enjoy!

I just discovered the best breakfast place within a 40 mile radius. The breakfast are outstanding and well priced. It is family owned and they treat you from the moment you walk in the door like a member of their own family! Always positive and kind and the food is so good (and healthy and fresh) that you will want to come back every day for more! A rare gem that is well worth a 30-40 minute drive!
