I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and when I went to pick it up early morning as specified in their email, I was told that the person who had to prepare the cake was unwell and the cake was not made. Neither I had prior information nor an apology. The worst professional service
Every single time I make an order of latte or cappuccino never has foam. HOT coffee NEVER HOT and most of the time tastes like milk not coffee! It’s always warm . And when you asked the employees you want hot coffee they respond rude by saying that’s how it supposed to be! People ask for HOT coffee not WARM. Never fix it. And their tables always nasty they never clean the tables .
