The past couple times I've gone here just because I was in the area... Staff is not friendly. They act like you are annoying them interrupting their social life ...whenever you order something. I went into the Baskin-Robbins to get smoothie today. Several ladies were standing around talking to each other , while trying to put some donuts in a bag and one finally asked if I needed something. Cashier attitude
I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and when I went to pick it up early morning as specified in their email, I was told that the person who had to prepare the cake was unwell and the cake was not made. Neither I had prior information nor an apology. The worst professional service
