“I’ve been coming to JT’s bagels since they opened and it’s literally the only place where I’ll get a bagel from! Consistency is key. I moved away 5 years ago and I’m officially back in Jersey for good and they’re still as perfect as I remember them! I would literally crave them. My 3 year old was born in Hawaii, a little local boy. He had his first ever, Jersey bagel from JTs and LOVED it! Needless to say, this is the best place to get your bagels from!“

“We went here on Thanksgiving. They had their open menu as well as a Thanksgiving dinner, which was delicious. The servers worked as hard as they could. To make sure everybody got their food on time. “Came here for a quick, Sunday homestyle breakfast and was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere is unique, to say the least, but also gives a lot to start conversations amongst the table. Serving portions were superb and food was very tasty. I have seen other comments and reviews that were very negative and nasty, but everybody can have a bad day once in a while. They were complaining on the service and owner/waiter being rude and yelling. I've seen more positive ratings than negative ones. While not everybody has the same humor, people can definitely be some Debbie downers. All in all, we had a nice experience and enjoyed the food. Ihop who?? Lol will def be back!!!“

“Food was very tasty and exactly what you want and expect from a NJ diner. They had quite a few daily off menu specials and I went for a classic diner food. Chipped beef on toast, grits and coffee. All tasted really good.

“Kept driving by this place and finally got to try it out last week. As a Chicago native, I can tell you this is what I've been looking for the past 3 years of living here. The crust does not explode in your mouth like a bunch of tiny little splinters, it's softer and doughy. The ingredients and cheese are not skimped out on either, they are fresh ingredients and plentiful at that. The only thing I would change is more sauce, but I can do that myself next order on my own. Leftovers microwaved is a no go but air fried it's just like it came out of the oven all over again. In a Jersey full of Luigi's, pick Marios, you won't be disappointed. I suggest adding the wings into your order as well, best take out wings I've had from a pizza shop, super crispy breading and juicy interior.“

“Joanne is the literal best! We have come here every summer on vacation, and make sure we are in Joanne's section. She is always polite and has always made sure we had a great experience, as well as all of her other tables at the same time. The food is also great, and the dinner was cheap. “We (a party of 4) had dinner last Thursday (3-7-24). We decide to select our dinner choices from the fixed-price menu being offered that evening. EVERYTHING was wonderful. In reading the other reviews, they truly reflect our own dining experience. This is going to sound a little weird, but I have found this to be true. If the restaurant proprietor (as in this case) provides a restroom facility that goes beyond just clean and tidy, I believe the same attention to detail carries over to every aspect of the restaurant, from food preparation to presentation. Truth be told, I used the facility early in the evening. I can’t speak to what it may look like at the end of a busy summer Saturday service, but its condition would reflect more on the customer comportment. Final note, I’m about an hour away, but it is well worth the drive. GREAT RESTAURANT!“

I was there again this past weekend with my daughter and we ordered the filet mignon and it was amazing!!!! Luke was our waiter on Saturday and he was excellent!!! Potstickers were great as well!!! When my daughter, grandson, girlfriend and others come down Element is certainly our go to place!!! “I recommend the service. I recommend the food. I recommend the atmosphere. I recommend EVERYTHING about this place... now back in the day (late 70's) my mom used to call it the "dirty diner" and I can tell you for certain, it is anything BUT. They keep this place clean and well maintained and it's a joy to visit. Solid diner food, you couldn't ask for better and decent prices along with people who treat you like you're there every morning for coffee and a roll. I still don't understand the Chili-Applebee-Friday set, the people who love their garbage chain 'food'... but here you get food that tastes like it was made by someone who really truly loves you... probably better than your mom's and it is always worth stopping. Please shop/eat/support real local business, it will always be worth it. In this case, you don't sacrifice ANYTHING for eating here, you get great food, you get treated like you belong and at a decent price, too.“
