is that not crazy? I went to 101 chicken in fort Lee / near the George Washington bridge and was able to try their chicken. My expectations exceeded. The chicken is ⭐crispy ⭐well battered ⭐sauced very good ⭐and not too saucy 😋

I’ve never seen a robot make my food better so this was such a cool experience...

I tried 101 Chicken in Fort Lee and ended up liking it a lot more than I expected. The first thing you notice is the setup — they use a robot fryer, and the kitchen is fully visible from outside. It’s unusually clean for a fried chicken place, almost like a small lab, which immediately gives you confidence about how the food is handled.
