Pho Hanoi Corner is an amazing spot with great authentic chicken pho and other great pho options such as beef pho, seafood, and vegan pho listed on the menu. The broth is deeply flavorful, rich, and a cut above, with a squeeze of lime lifts the broth to make it brighter and fresher. The chicken is fresh tender chicken, juicy and full of flavor, and the meat is excellent quality, tender and perfectly prepared. Portions are generous and the food is outstanding and tasty, so leftovers can still be eaten from takeout. The service is consistently great and the vibe is chill, classy, cute decor with a clean, well‑kept, nicely decorated space. The restaurant is reliable, an instant go‑to for pho in NJ, and a total standout for lunch. Bonus points for carrying Coke Zero. The only downside is the restaurant only opens from lunchtime onward and is not open evenings, so it is not an option for a morning craving.
