If you haven't been to Q Grill in Fort Lee yet, you are seriously missing out. We had an great meal, but a few dishes absolutely stole the show.
The experience started off strong because the banchan was incredibly plentiful, giving us so many great sides to taste. A huge standout was the kimchi, it tasted so fresh yet beautifully and well-fermented, hitting that perfect balance of crunch and tang. For the main event, we opted for the Trinity Wagyu combination, and it was spectacular. The beef was incredibly velvety, rich, and luxurious. To call it tender is an understatement—every single bite practically melted in my mouth, packed with that premium, juicy flavor you only get from high-quality Wagyu cuts.
The JapChae was executed perfectly with that ideal, bouncy chew and a beautifully balanced, savory-sweet sesame soy sauce. We also ordered the spicy rice cakes with cheese, which were the ultimate comfort food—perfectly chewy with just the right amount of kick, smothered in melted, gooey cheese.
Between the generous sides, the cheese-pulled rice cakes, and the top-tier meats from the Trinity combo, Q Grill is officially a favorite. Can't wait to come back!

Everyone was so kind and attentive! At one point a server saw me trying to cut into something and just came over to cut it for me. I’ve been to a bunch of kbbq down in Edison and up in Fort Lee and we LOVED this place. I also wanna add that I love the tea. The atmosphere is soft and calm, the people are kind and the food was 10/10!

Also love that they have an alcohol menu.

TLDR we used to love it but unfortunately we won’t go again. I would suggest avoiding this place at all.

We went in March, I am not sure if the ownership had changed or so but we were seeing new faces, and the menu “upgraded” to more expensive options. We order the beef and pork set menu and a fried rice. Upon finishing I realized we never had our steamed egg, so I asked the waiter if he could bring it for us. He said very confidently that the steamed egg wasn’t part of the menu. We were confused cause we saw it’s included (our toddler loves it so we paid some attention), but he insisted we will need to pay extra $5 for it. We later asked another waitress for the menu, and confirmed it was included. We got to enjoyed it after all, but again that waiter was either being extremely unprofessional, or lied on our faces.

We ordered a beef duo for 2 and then Grilled black tiger shrimp with 2 people. The meat and shrimp were delicious and fresh. Would recommend!

Large party of 15 came to roughly 50 per person and we were all full. The meat quality was very good, jabchae, sides and egg souffle all good. Korean Army Stew was also a first for me, very hearty.

Service was excellent, very attentive and quick, everyone has a good time.

Food was alright at best but very over priced. They cook the food way too fast and it feels like they are rushing us to leave. I want to eat more slowly and all my food is cold. Service was horrible. They never refill tea until i ask. I asked three different people for an iced water and they all forget about me. Environment is not bad there is no smoke. But just go to a different resturant like this place is not worth your money unless you want to get disrespected.

My fiance and I came here the other day. The food was incredible, it was our first time trying KBBQ and we had such a great experience! The service was great all the staff was super nice (our waiter Joseph was super kind!) the power went out due to a snow storm mid meal & we still felt well taken care of (plenty of candles and servers around). I would recommend trying this place!!:) The hanger steak & marinated short rib were out favorites !
