Sloffy Gallery is a modern, tranquil space in Ft. Lee with attentive and friendly staff. The coffee is great, and the shop is a true coffee connoisseur's go-to spot nearby. The dish, cups, and dessert are great too, though the dessert can sell out if you go late in afternoon. The Matcha latte is really good, with good Matcha flavor and not too milky. The nutty cream latte is really good, with the right amount of sweetness and the flavor of coffee really coming through. The sweet cream latte is also available. The nutty latte is one of the most balanced, not too sweet lattes. The little dessert, the kiwi flavor, is overpriced and not worth it. The seating isn't really meant for long stays. The shop is trying to build a community around craft and coffee culture that is more nuanced than what Ft. Lee has seen previously. A new shop deserves its time to develop its voice, to establish its menu, to build its programming, and to be evaluated on things like the quality of the pour, the amiability of the staff, and the maturity of its product and gallery partnerships. The vibes are really good inside, and they have the cutest cups and such. They also randomly have a hand lotion that's like the best.
