Love coming to this location - the staff is sooo nice and courteous and my drinks always come out perfectly! Not a huge location so not a ton of seating but it's usually nice and quiet during the week.

Worst cappacino. Someone needs to train whoever is making the cappacinos. Not only is it always too milky but someone newish here does not know how to make the foam for a cappacino.

Friendly enough greetings, until I saw a sign that said holidays bring everyone together or something like that. Then they have a chalk sign I reach happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa. My visit was on December 23rd. Then the Cubs come out with the same message. I'm not one to be offended by a happy Hanukkah or Happy Kwanzaa message but when it deliberately appears Christmas was left out, I am offended. Not sure if this is a corporate decision or a local store decision, but I rarely visit Starbucks as it is and this is another reason now to not visit.

Was very busy when I went. People moving in and out quickly. It seemed my order had been forgotten or someone else took it, when I alerted staff (I had been waiting about 15 min for a simple small coffee) they were apologetic and gave me a gift card for $4 as an apology, more than covering my coffee. Still little bitter that I had to wait, but staff handled the situation well, so I applaud them for that. Great ambiance, location. I would just preorder to play it safe. 4/5

Although the staff is friendly and seem nice, The store is dirty the tables are never clean and they're sticky. One particular problem that I have with this place is that I walked there and right when I got there they decided to close two hours early -- no, it had nothing to do with Covid. It was really annoying because I walked all the way there and they would've accepted a mobile order - which I was about to do -- but they didn't accept me coming even though I showed up 2 1/2 hours before It was SUPPOSED to close. Ridiculous!
