Was very busy when I went. People moving in and out quickly. It seemed my order had been forgotten or someone else took it, when I alerted staff (I had been waiting about 15 min for a simple small coffee) they were apologetic and gave me a gift card for $4 as an apology, more than covering my coffee. Still little bitter that I had to wait, but staff handled the situation well, so I applaud them for that. Great ambiance, location. I would just preorder to play it safe. 4/5
I usually go to a Starbucks closer to my home but the last few weeks I have went to this location as I’ve had to travel for work. Every time I have been to this Starbucks an employee by the name of Krista was extremely rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad week but it’s been 4 weeks now of me going to this location and I’ve watched her yell at customers, staff, and her own manager (I believe her name was Dani) who was a sweetheart to me. 5 stars because of the...read full review

Love coming to this location - the staff is sooo nice and courteous and my drinks always come out perfectly! Not a huge location so not a ton of seating but it's usually nice and quiet during the week.
