I usually go to a Starbucks closer to my home but the last few weeks I have went to this location as I’ve had to travel for work. Every time I have been to this Starbucks an employee by the name of Krista was extremely rude. Bathroom closed to the public?! Three baristas behind the counter twiddling their thumbs. Service was courteous and quick though. If nature calls when in Franklin Lakes you either make it home or find a gas station.
