It is extremely disturbing that your workers are working in 90+ degree temperatures there are no fans no ac for what minimum wage yea I won’t be ordering food from here any more I hope there get a union
Food is good but only take out
Beyond disgusting. Ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and this was inside. A big ball of hair. Called the next morning for a full $45 refund and was told I can only get the money back for the sandwich. I told the manager Jackie, who admitted she was working and completed my order, that as a customer who was eating hair that I deserve a full refund. Jackie’s response is that “I can feel that i deserve everything but can only refund the sandwich” I will be taking this matter further.
