One of the drawbacks of this restaurant is the very slow service. Unless you order through the app, you will have to wait a long time to get your food. This can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially if you are hungry or in a hurry. The staff seems to prioritize the app orders over the walk-in customers, which is unfair and inefficient.

Coffee is better than other near-by stores as near-by stores are selling black dull hot water compared to this.Note for DD - DD has to start serious inspection of their stores for Coffee quality & Donut's size/freshness... as Franchise owners are cutting corners...diluting the coffee... this is going to impact DD's goodwill.One issue with this store- I asked for Hot Coffee with Oatmilk - I was given a milk from fridge. I asked the person - won't it make coffee...

While there is no drive-thru, this location is very fast with mobile orders. They also have in-store touchscreens to make ordering easier. Also, this is one of the few Dunkin’ locations that has coffee “on tap” like the nitro cold brew.
