Frank's Pizza & Italian Restaurant (Somerset)

Frank’s offers a great atmosphere for someone like me who’s looking for a quick place to eat on my lunch break in the area. The staff are always very welcoming and they offer a few different options for slices upon entry. The buffalo chicken w/ ranch and the baked ziti slice are my personal favorites... the dining room is dimly lit and quiet. Best to come before 12pm to avoid the “lunch rush” of the area … I have been a returning customer for over a year with no complaints. Thanks Franks !

terrible customer service. cold pizza.

From the garlic bread to the main dishes things were fantastic. Our only complaint was the frozen tiramisu.

I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and sang to us with some dessert after the meal. We had come here because when we’ve ordered pizza from this place, it’s been good! Unfortunately, parts of the meal were very disappointing. We ordered an eggplant rollatini. It had an odd taste and no real flavor. The sauce that was served with it and served with other dishes tasted like it came out of a jar. The calzone was good but much smaller than anticipated. The onion rings were yummy. The wings were crispy and they were ok. We won’t be coming back here to eat dinner. But hopefully, we’ll still order pizza.

Stopped by with my family. EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing. Our order included pizza, wings, spaghetti, and a philly. From the customer service to the atmosphere was more than what we were expecting. Will definitely be back.

I placed an order for pick up so I could grab it real fast. The food was ready and sitting there, but they took 10 minutes to even get to me because they were taking other customers orders. They also charged me a credit card fee, even though I paid cash and was supposed to get a discount for paying cash. Also why are you charging me a service fee for pick up?? This place is ridiculous.

I travel for the garlic knots. By far they have the VVERY BEST GARLIC KNOTS and D Best sauce that goes with it.

I ordered a cheese pizza and when I got it home I saw it had no sauce on it. So I called and they did fix it and made a new pizza for me, but they blamed me for not asking if it had sauce or not. All the years of ordering pizza it never dawned on me to ask that question, I'm obviously an idiot. So to all the other unrealized idiots make sure you ask if there's sauce on the pizza.

Mozzarella sticks were homemade always a plus. They use pizza sauce for dipping, it was ok, if you told me it was tomato soup, a little better. Slice was tasty but not $5s tasty. Cheeseburger Sub bland, no seasoning. The sub portion was decent. Bread was excellent. In my humble opinion food was overpriced & was charged a service fee… For pickup???

Parking: 35ish total parking spots for 7 businesses. I went around 630PM on a Wednesday had trouble finding a spot.

Felt very unwelcome the genius serving the food is terrible you would think with the HIGH PRICES THEY WOULD BE A LIL NICER never again don’t waste your hard earned money here trash customer service
