I called to place an order and someone picks up and says hello but I guess couldn't hear me or didn't want to hear me so they hang up. I call back and they don't pick up at all. I show up and place order for a few slices and tell them about the situation. They brush it off. Once I get my slices they are all doughy and not good at all.

Paid over $6 in online convenience fee and no cash fee.....
Ordered 2 plain pizzas. Pizza crust was super thick and hard. Buffalo Wings were small, heavily battered, fried hard and extremely salty.
2 pizzas and 10 wingettes ....$60.
Never again.

Got baked manicotti delivered, felt they put too much salt in the ricotta filing and w the salt from the mozz too away from the sauce garlic bread & salad that came w the dinner was solid

Large portions. Crispy crust, not thin and foldable like you would expect in New York. Neither the sausage nor the pepperoni have a lot of flavor, and the overall taste is on the bland side. Nice but dated dining area. Not crazy expensive for this area. Service is counter service, and it was prompt and friendly.

I love to come for lunch and get a slice. There’s good choices. Dinner is great too. The cooks make the plates very well and I always have great time.

My son raives about this place so while we were over in NJ visiting, we tried to get pizza from here twice over the weekend. Both Friday and Saturday they closed before 10pm. According to Google maps they are open till 10pm but we called one night starting at 9:15 and the other night at 8:58. Phones were not being answered. Online ordering was shut down and we even drove by the one night and the doors were locked even though there were two guys in there working. Saturday we ended up calling another Franks Pizza who gladly took our order that we picked up at 9:45pm. That one was in Manville. I hope the owners see this and take care of the issues at this location.

Everything you hope for in a pizza.

The crust was a perfect blend of thick & thin...just right. Juicy delicious tomato sauce. The cheese & toppings were perfect.

All in the right ratios. 10/10 thank you

Excellent pizza— My pizza litmus is a slice of plain and a slice of grandma/margarita. Both were fantastic! Customer service is equally excellent— warm and friendly employees attentively help all customers, and none are stingy with their smiles :) The temperature is very comfortable and the lightning isn’t harsh— it’s very warm and atmospheric. Depending on the time of day/day of the week, you may find that parts of the dining room are not lit, signifying that the section is closed. But you shouldn’t have a problem finding seating.
