Honestly Hong Kong garden is so good. Probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever ate. The owner was super sweet and nice. We were served tea and wontons with duck sauce as a lil appetizer. It was very good. My boyfriend and I enjoyed everything we had. It was really authentic soup and had the perfect consistency, flavor and texture. 4.3 stars are definitely too low for my favorite Somerset Chinese restaurant. I live in Manhattan but commutes to my work in Somerset and this is my go to place when I meet friends and colleagues for lunch. I've known the owner for more than 7 years and he has remained professional and loves his work. I've yet to be disappointed with any dish and usually tried new ones when I visited. Highly recommended.
