Lazy workers, went to pick up an online order today and asked upon arrival if I can please get half grilled as the app has no option for that. First response was they can't do it bc it's already made (the bucket), which I hadn't received yet. Then asked a second time at the window and was told they had none. So they are either liars or just lazy but not helpful at all. All just after 8pm. Great service! ?

I am currently sitting outside KFC in complete shock with the way I was treated by an employeeI went to the door The door was locked with a sign, saying use other door. Try the other door walked around the building with my three children also lockedNo signs to say the restaurant was closedThe drive-through still openThis is at 1 o’clock in the dayDrove to the drive-thru was answered by someone completely rude who answered me back when I said the order was wrongShe was just absolutely awful at her jobHer demeanor was not pleasantWhen I got to the window to pay for my orderShe forgot my drink I stated to her I did not receive the drink and she actually accuse me of getting the drinkI don’t think I have ever been to a fast food restaurant and had employees this bad working in itI will not be back I hope Someone sees this review and handles their employee. Because if I owned this restaurant, and I got a review like this, I would be taking action.Thank you

Now, I don’t usually go out anywhere to get food or ‘eat out’. My anxiety is always through the roof and if I don’t know the place I don’t usually go there.Well my friend and I went the day before and she bought me food. I thought the pot pie was really good and the only food I was able to hold down over the past few weeks due to medical issues.This being said, the next day I went to this same KFC. I had pulled up to a practically empty line. The person over the speaker said what can I get you. This in mind, I had 2 orders I had to make and usually drive they don’t allow this. But the speaker person said yes that fine. I began to order and they tell me to wait a second . Abruptly, and it is what it is you have stuff to do I understand. But saying it before I started ordering and half way through wasn’t cool. I immediately shut up cause my anxiety’s like omg why did I start ordering.This other person comes onto the speaker and say what can I get you. I repeat what I had to say before, I have 2 orders that need to be separate. And they “we can’t do separate orders”. I said well do u want me to just come back in line. And she rudely says yes.Needless to say , I said alright. And put it onto one order because there was no point to go back around and I’d get the money back from my co-worker regardless. It just would have made my life a little easier .I get up to the window, and I pay. I half way through my sentence of saying can I please have the receipt when she slams the drive thru door in my face.I almost started crying. I have never felt more humiliated and treated like such crap before .Now this all being said, I’ve worked in fast food before. Specifically the big M. I understand what it’s like to be stressed.But this was completely unprofessional.

If I could give them no stars I would. It’s only a problem at this location on Hamilton Street & Franklin Blvd. I usually order a Chicken Pot pie which hardly have no or very little meat. The pot pies are usually broken as well. They are also higher in price than others. I try not to go to this KFC. Employees are also rude. I usually get a take out but hope not to visit here.

I picked up the big bucked of regular chicken for a family lunch. Came with lots of sides that were as yummy and fresh as the chicken. The servers were friendly and helpful. I recommend this location highly.

Why do you lock the side door?

So I placed an order on grubhub. Waited almost an hour and spoke to a manager named Kendra who informed me that someone from grubhub already had picked up my order and it was an issue I needed to take with grubhub. Normally these things wouldn’t bother me but the lack of customer service or care, and how dismissive she was after I waited for an hour for an order that was never delivered was just so far from the KFC customer service experiences I remember. It really came off as apathetic which sucks because I really like their food and convenience of proximity.

The worst drive through receptionist ever I had ask her a question and instead of answer yes oh no she said to ask my mom or to write a letter to Santa unbelievable. And she ask me to move out cuz customers where behind me like who am I not a consumer..such a rude person and the worst is that she was laughing like if it's a joke..Kid-friendliness: Need to work on being nice to people so rude
