Like the general said it was finger licking.
Tried to get help with ordering through the app, the manager, raquel, nor the drive thru rep, nicole, were not helpful at all and referred me to a 800 number instead of assisting me so I will not be coming here again because it speaks volumes of the the service they didnt provide
