I’ve been here a 4 times and the smoked food is fantastic. However, I have gotten fried chicken with blood in the middle. They honestly really need to establish their hours and don’t always have the full menu on deck. I not posting this to be rude, they are just spitballing a business
One of the best restaurants in the area and definitely some top-notch Peruvian food. This is coming from someone who grew up in Paterson and was constantly eating in Peruvian Square IYKYK.
The lomo sandwich was phenomenal, the skewers were great, the empanadas were solid, and the fries had the near perfect crisp to them. I do wish I had gotten some green sauce, but I’m not sure if they have it or if I just forgot to ask.

The food is reaching for the stars bro. Good stuff. It feels like a American bbq / Peruvian fusion. It works for me. Exciting to try different mixes. The Peruvian dishes are good and authentic. Recommend you try.
