I specifically stopped in for the release of the Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries. The kiosk experience was horrible. I had to page through several menu items to find what I wanted. The screen does not respond, taking several attempts to get things to register, and of course who doesn't love touching public screens?? Then, there was no option to get a printed receipt. I could provide my phone number or email, but all I wanted was a printed receipt to verify my transaction. I love self-service...read full review

I've been to alot of taco bells in my life. Today everything was on point and filled not cheated on anything. I was very shocked. Service was fantastic. In my experience with this said taco bell I would say it's hands down the beat experience I've ever had at one. Thank

Came here for a quick bite. We didn't realize the only option to order inside is by kiosk and the employees just let us stand by the counter for about 10 minutes until we figured it out. The food was prepared well although they forgot all of the chips. I tried the beef birria for the first time and found it quite delicious. Their new sauces are a nice addition!
