I recently stumbled upon this food truck in Medford and had some of the best empanadas I've ever tasted! You can really tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients, and the flavor is as authentic as it gets. Absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. Highly recommend giving them a try!
