We held a tenant appreciation party at our office building and everybody loved the empanadas! The staff was friendly and efficient, and Tracey was easy to deal with. Everyone was so pleased with their food and service. We will be using them again in the future.
So I always go here for the empanadas today ordered $100 worth of empanadas (I like leftovers) but today my empanadas were cold, and the rice and beans were barely warm. I was so upset. The staff was nice and she was busy so I felt bad and did not go back. But $100 I should get hot food. :(
I recently stumbled upon this food truck in Medford and had some of the best empanadas I've ever tasted! You can really tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients, and the flavor is as authentic as it gets. Absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. Highly recommend giving them a try!
