I decided to eat some on my way home and, even though the cookie itself was very tender, the raspberry filling was so hard I had a difficult time biting through it. La Dolce baked the most beautiful and delicious cake for my daughter's baby shower on Sunday. The theme was "A Little Pumpkin is on the Way." The inside cake was chocolate and vanilla with chocolate mousse and raspberry fillings. Little dollops of pumpkin icing were on top. One of the best cakes I ever ate in my life!
