This is not the first time we have dined at Vincents. The food is very good but service was ok. Vincent has taken away being BYOB and serves only wine and beer. This is very disappointing. He is also charging a 4% charge for using a credit card. We did use a Visa card which should have been only a3% charge. This restaurant has been warm friendly and a great neighborhood place to eat with friends. Sorry to see the BYOB gone and most of all being charged a 4% fee for using a credit...read full review
