“My wife, dog, and I stopped in on Friday evening. While we were at another brewery we heard that Garden State was dog friendly as well (inside and out), it was in the direction that we were heading so we wanted to stop in. Surprisingly it was trivia night so it was very full, but we found a seat and enjoyed some great beer. Unfortunately they don’t offer flights during trivia night but the two ladies behind the bar were very nice and offered “samples” when I couldn’t decide on a half pour. Their pickle beer was very good and unique, the peach habanero was excellent! Nothing that we had we wouldn’t have again, we would definitely stop in next time when we are in the area!“

“I work at Absecon Family Dental and I had to run to the UPS store to return something and I decided to pick up something for myself and my son. Didn't want to cook, I drove around and spotted Napoli Pizza Grill. I walked in and it smelled amazing. I ordered a Sicilian Margherita Pizza. It was the longest 55 minute drive, especially on an empty stomach. I love this gem of a place, it took me back to my hometown NYC. I love this place, they were welcoming and the place is so clean. “For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!“

The wine was extremely overpriced and awful, they charge a 3.5% COVID FEE ?wth? just another reason to gouge people and it's already way overpriced, service was slow, food was just plain awful and tasted like it came from Costco freezers and heated up, way too overpriced, furniture looks like it all came from good will (ripped pillows, stained seats, just garbage), a very loud wedding party had to come through the Tasting Room which is billed as a restaurant but is nothing more than a BAR, to use the bathroom, get to their venue, and spilled out into the area after it was over causing way too much chaos. It was all way too loud and out of control and the staff just stands around talking to each other and the security, if you seriously believe they are, instead of waiting on the customers. What a disastrous and disappointing experience. There are loads of other really nice wineries around and won't waste my time going back to this one.“

“We went over LDW 2025, totally unplanned, and it was only our 2nd time there. We sat at the little bar on the small porch. My husband and I had the absolute best time! What started out as having a couple of drinks ended with many more and a great, upbeat afternoon! Katie was bartending and she was OUTSTANDING! “I am so happy that I walked over to try this place!!! (6/11) Let’s start with how amazing the deep fried Oreos were! Soooo good, that I didn’t get to take a picture!! I’m so serious, best I’ve had in a while! My milkshake was delicious, too! I literally sucked it down as I was already freezing, but I didn’t care! Funnel cake was good! “I went on a weekend trip to the shore and needed to go to Walmart to grab a few things. I decided to get some sushi from the nearest location and was met with one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sushi restaurant.

The service itself was quick, taking only 5~ minutes to complete my entire order. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and it only cost us $20 for two rolls, an appetizer, salad and soup. The meal ended up being so good that I drove 25 minutes that same day to taste it again. All the employees had a big smile on their faces when we walked back in, and I left with a 10% coupon if we decided to go again.

Fantastic sushi, rapid service, hard to beat prices, and a bunch of welcoming smiles. Next time I visit Jersey, this will be my first stop.“

“The coziest bed and breakfast ever !

My wife and I recently returned to the Chelsea after 2 years for an overnight stay in celebration of her birthday. The staff here are so unbelievably sweet ! The day prior to our arrival I called to order champagne for our room. Not only did Lola accommodate my last minute request but she also provided balloons , a card and candy! We had the pleasure of staying in room 211 again which is has such elegance and charm. The breakfast was as tasty as I remembered including bacon, mini quiche, eggs, waffles and more. We also stopped by the bar attached to the inn for drinks and food prior to our event. The bar has healthy pours and reasonable prices.

Do yourself a favor and stay at the Chelsea when ever you are in AC“

“Mr. Wonton in EHT is by far our favorite Chinese food place. We’ve tried a few other places locally, and nothing really compares as far as the general chicken quality and taste. They also have a better dipping sauce with the steamed dumplings, and they hook you up with a bigger container than the other places would. For as long as we’ve been ordering, we’ve never had a bad dish from here. Five stars! :)“

“I really needed a waffle with ice cream. The waffle was awesome but the ice cream was mehhhh. The chicken soup was great. Iced tea was kinda weird. Our waiter was fantastic and a very enthusiastic and cheerful dude overall. The diner definitely had a NJ diner vibe with regulars being greeted like family, which I love seeing.
