We order the barbecue meal for 5 people its come without grilled onions and tomatoes the measl so dried without any sauces and the meat not grilled well done you can see the blood. When we call the restaurant they said no everything coocked well and didn't hear from the customer and end the phone call.

I had the mixed platter and the babghanoug and the hummus. Probably one of my fav babaghanough I ever had. Slightly Smokey not overpowering in smoked flavor. I’m normally not a huge fan of chicken kebabs bc I feel they lack flavor, but their chicken tastes DEEEEEEELICIOUS! that’s definitely marinated in deliciousness. The kofte and lamb and kabsa rice were also yum. This platter will feed me for 3-4 proper portioned meals. The platters like mansaf and maklouba are I believe a 5 person minimum catering order u can’t buy it as a single plate at the restaurant. Call at least 3 days in advance with ur catering order. Can’t wait to come back and try more. The owner was very kind and felt like family. The prices are beyond reasonable for quality and quantity. The shop is a casual no frills spot with framed things worth celebrating such as loved ones and recognition for food donations.

it's really frustrating placing an order waiting for almost an hour and a half and then having it cancelled while calling the store being told the order didn't come through but having it be showed that it was cancelled by the store itself. really was looking forward to trying some food with my partner but can't even do that. hopefully they actually refund my money that we spent though. my complaint isn't with the time it takes to cook the food or the waiting itself, it's everything else.
