I had my event in July of 2023 everything went well no complaints. The reason of the one star is because they charged my guest and I the drinks we had from the bar almost a year after the event on (3/21/2024) Shouldn’t they have charged us the day of? When I called to address the situation the manager said “ call your bank it’s not our fault but it happens often” very unprofessional on their part. If they don’t know how to work their systems that’s something they need to learn. I had to call all my guest to inform them about the situation. never doing business here againUpdate to the response: I called the business phone number today as you can see on the photo I I spoke with someone, she spoke to me in Spanish she stated she was the manager if. If I’m not mistaken it’s the same lady I made the contract with to rent the hall.

My brother celebrated his wedding in this place and we had a great time, we purchased the open bar package and the bartender and all the staff were super friendly, now it will be my favorite place for any meeting and party I have to celebrate, excellent place.

I had my event on September when booking everything went well as I spoke to Jack. The day of my event I had a very rude waitress beer was very foamy and hot I complained about it and the waitress responded with “is not my problem that’s just how the beer is “ I also had a bartender who was very polite in the begging but his drinks were not the best none of his drinks were mixed or shaken. I had complaints from them all night and I was unable to enjoy my party. Waitress was over all rude to all my family and friends everything she did was with an attitude .I was also given a quote of a 100 dollars for an additional hour but bartender charged me 150 I tried contacting jack in regards but he never responded till this day. I payed 20 percent just for gratuity over 400 dollars to be exact and feel is very unprofessional from the venues part . Liquor was cheap material and over priced but the worst were how the drinks were made. I give this 0 stars and I would recommend people be cautious when booking with this venue they will promise you anything to get the money but have 0 customer service skills once they have your money they you mean nothing to them.

First time at BJ MY car got towed from West orange and brought to peak towing at 67 Lanza Ave ???? but I had a an hour before pickup So I was looking for a bar THE OWNER WAS NICE I JUST HAD A CORONA WITH A FRIEND WHILE WATCHING A LITTLE TV Selection of alcohol very bare minimum but I'm guessing whatever they have is based on the area
