3/29/2024 I went here out of the blue i wanted seafood and was in this area. I stood at the bar for a while before someone came to say anything to me. The woman that took my order was very short with me. The food took some time to come out but i expected that since its supposed to be fresh. I got the seafood platter it was okay but the rice was had and the seafood and rice didnt have any flavor to it. It taste like they just breaded the seafood and cooked it no seasoning at all...

I never ever give less than 5 stars but I feel like I have to in this case. I love love love this establishment’s food and ambiance and have been going for years! I cannot say enough good things about the food and vibe here. It’s really a GEM. Servers/bartenders are always friendly. But I went on a Tuesday, and as a bartender/server myself in an establishment that requires me to be the solo act as well, I was STRESSED for this woman working the entire place alone. The bartender was attempting to take care of the entire full restaurant.. making drinks, taking orders, clearing tables, running food etc. Again, been there, so I sympathized. However this was the second time I’d dined there on a Tuesday recently and it was the same situation both times: a packed house with one woman trying to keep up. We were there for an hour and change, and once food was brought out by kitchen staff we were never spoken to again (this happened during both visits). In fact, after our appetizer order was taken we never got a second drink or were checked on once. Again, I KNOW it’s tough, but please don’t keep the establishment so short staffed. We would have gotten so much more but we left to go elsewhere because we couldn’t get service. Respect to the bartender who tried her best, but please get her some help! It’s no easy task to do alone.

Well 11.95 for 5 of the smallest clams orgenata i have ever seen... they didnt bring one of the ordered items... an the peas in soup were still hard. Over all id say the nostalgia of how good a place it used to be will have to suffice....

Just a great place for seafood any kind of food. My husband loves the chicken parmesan. Wish I lived closer.
3 different oysters on the half shell! Crispy homemade onion rings. Decent prices, good food, friendly service and draft and local beers yummy.

Excellent Excellent, excellent. Everything was and is on point. There is a reason why this place is in business sooo many years. The wait staff was knowledgeable and charming. The oysters i had where fresh and delicious. The place is frozen in time, it gave me a 2940's vibe. ,,,
