It pains me to do this but don’t send out coupons if you’re not going to train your staff, don’t send coupons. The coupon reads $2.49 for a medium (16 Oz.) or a (24 Oz.) iced latte which is a LARGE! The staff member is arguing with me that it’s for a medium iced latte. Make it make sense or word your coupons better!

I went for a sausage, egg and cheese in a croissant and they gave me the totally wrong order ;bacon egg and cheese in a bagel. I didn’t check the order there because when they said it loud they said the write order. Maybe they are overwhelmed and they need extra help but they have to take the time and do the job right.

The guy take the orders take wrong order also he have atitude .
Guy could barely hear what I was saying then proceeded to charge 2 dollars more on "accident" I waited 20 minutes just for them to get my order wrong had to tell them what It was again and never got a refund or anything also there was a baby crying the entire time and staff shouting at eachother
