(Drive-Thru) After giving this location many chances, we’ve officially lost patience. They usually get orders wrong to the point we had to start asking for the receipt every time to make sure everything is right. It also seems like they tend to blame customers. Just now the person at the drive thru said “you didn’t say that” when we asked if they got one of our drinks down before we paid, but everyone in the car heard me say that drink to be added last. Perhaps the person really didn’t hear me, but that doesn’t mean you need to give attitude and blame to the customer right away.

This has been my go-to Dunkin’ for a while now, and I can’t praise this store highly enough.
Every single time I’ve gone through this specific drive-through, they’ve gotten my order correct, and each transaction is always easy and quick. No extra frills or forced small talk, employees are very kind and competent, I just get my order and go. You don’t even have to open my mouth to ask for a straw or napkins, they include it all for you, wish you a great day and send you off to continue your day.
No wonder this place has 4.3 stars when I check the reviews. I wish I could give it six stars.

was ignored for about 10 mins by some polish kid making drinks who looked right at me 3 times and this kid who's chipotle was more important than working the counter. i literally had to get the kids attention before he would even tell me that they didnt have what i ordered and refused to offer a refund or substitute. never coming here again. will go to the one on midland ave instead.

I ordered large Cappuccino last week and I got coffee with lots of hot milk. This week I ordered Cappuccino and got coffee with steamed milk again. I checked this time and I told them that I ordered Cappuccino and what they gave me was coffee with hot milk. They tried to fix it but still gave me same coffee with steamed milk and they told me their foam machine is not working and they cannot really make a Cappuccino. If they know for weeks that they cannot make cappuccino because machine is not working, why are they still selling it?!?! If I wanted Latte or regular coffee i would order such. I wanted and paid for Cappuccino. Latte vs Cappuccino: a latte has more steamed milk and less foam, a cappuccino has even layers of espresso, steamed milk and frothed milk

After a long day at work i ran to dunkin to quench my thirst and i was nicely greeted by Boris the store manager with nice hair and pretty eyes. It was my first time ever at a dunkin and is now my go to stop for an ice caramel latte 10/10 check this place out!!!!!!
