I love this dunkin. It is so amazing and professionally ran. The employees are super nice and always get the order correct. I always have a good time. I really look forward to going in the morning. This store makes up for the dunkin on South Avenue.
The staff was very friendly, and the coffee was done well. I had an iced latte w/almond milk, a hot matcha latte and a hot chai latte, all tasty and made quickly. There is a lot of seating and it has more if a cafe vibe than any Dunkin I've been in. It was also nice and clean and had lots of people taking advantage of the space..good vibes.Parking: In a small shopping complex with plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating and a good variety of donuts even in the afternoon

The staff is nice, friendly, and always get the order right. However, the management focuses on the online orders and in store customers have to wait and wait to place their orders. This morning there were four people working, three of us waiting in the store to place our orders and all of the staff were working on the online orders. Isn't it possible to have one person helping walk-in customers?
