I am blessed with the service Emma took great care of me gave me my order on time and was very sweet and professional. She used gloves when handling food and listened carefully to special requests. Gave me a good amount of napkins and also did a great job at explaining menu items in the drive thru when I had questions. I hope this gets forwarded to management and she gets promoted or gets a raise, must be such a blessing to have her!
Really great service every time I’m there.
Picked up an online order with a friend. There was some issue with making my burger, and I had to wait a few extra minutes. Not very long, but the employee was very apologetic and kind, threw in a chocolate chip cookie and it was phenomenal. The rest of the food was similarly fresh and delicious. Love the pretzel bacon pub being back on the menu. Made my week. I typically go to this location or the clark one, after this I will definitely be coming to the garwood wendys whenever...read full review
